Non returnable orders

  • discounted piece of the month designs
  • sale / sample designs
  • limited edition designs

*made to order inclusive of non personalised designs, these designs are made for you, they are bespoke and commissioned to your desired size. STANLEY AND MAUD do not hold designs in stock. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returnable designs must be returned unworn and in the condition/packaging in which it was received.

To arrange a return please email hello@stanleyandmaud.com for a returns form.

Any returns/refunds for orders which have received a free gift during a promotional period will be expected to return the free gift, should this not occur the gift value will be deducted from your refund.

Any returns received outside the 14 day window may be refused or credit given.

You are responsible for the return costs and safety of the return, I'm happy to advise on postal options, further details are at the foot of the returns form.

 

I'VE RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT'S NOT RIGHT?

Orders are checked throughly prior to dispatch but if I've made a mistake please rest assured you'll be looked after, ensuring you're as obsessed with your jewellery as I am is important to me.

A replacement or refund will be issues should your order be found to be faulty, faults should be reported (hello@stanleyandmaud.com) within 3 working days of your confirmed delivery date.

Kindly note most of the SM Collection is handcrafted and made to order, signs of workmanship and process and variations are to be expected and are not faults. Designs are personalised using the method of handstamping, each individual character is positioned and struck with a hammer by hand, variations in spacing, position and depth are to be expected and are not faults.
