CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? ★
Obviously Stanley and Maud will be very sad but orders can be cancelled within 14 days should your order have not been started, dispatched or materials purchased.

Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? ★
STANLEY AND MAUD REALLY REALLY HOPE THAT YOU LOVE YOUR ORDER but if for any reason this isn't the case refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your delivery date.
Your order -
- must be returned unworn and in the condition/packaging in which it was received.
- must not be part of the following list of NON RETURNABLE designs; all made to order designs, all personalised designs, all earrings, all made to order designs including those that are non personalised pieces within the CB EDIT as all designs within the CB EDIT are made to order, commissioned and bespoke designs, the 'GIVE BACK' bangle, any sale/sample sale designs, limited edition designs, this does not affect your statutory rights.
- Postage is non refundable.
Any returns/refunds for orders which have received a free gift during a promotion period will be expected to return the free gift, should this not occur the gift value will be deducted from your refund.
If STANLEY AND MAUD receive a return outside of the 14 day window your return will be refused or credit will be given.

Customers are responsible for return costs and the safety of the return, further advise is given at the bottom of the returns form.
I'VE RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT'S NOT WHAT I'D HOPED ★
Orders are checked throughly prior to dispatch but if a mistake has been made rest assured you'll be looked after and a replacement or refund will be issued should your order be found to be faulty.
Faults should be emailed within 5 working days of your delivery date.
Please kindly note that most of the SM Collection is handcrafted and made to order, signs of workmanship, process and variations including those within the personalisation method are not faults and are part of the jewellery's individual story and unique charm.
PERSONALISATION METHOD | Each character is individually stamped by hand in the Stanley and Maud signature uppercase font, the font size may vary per design. Characters may vary in depth, spacing and alignment. Your personalisation will be stamped as per your order notes- it is not Stanley and Maud's responsibility to spell check, provide language/numeral/size conversions.
Stanley and Maud have the right to amend minor details regarding stock/fulfilment.

WHAT DOES GOLD FILLED MEAN? ★
"Gold filled"is a solid layer of gold (14k) permanently bonded to a base metal such as brass. It is very hard wearing and under normal wear the gold will not fade like gold plate, it is used as a more economical and cost friendly alternative to solid gold.
WILL MY JEWELLERY BE HALLMARKED? ★
"It is against the law in the course of a trade or business to sell or describe precious metal articles in the UK that are un-hallmarked and above the weight exemptions. Items below 1.0g of gold, below 7.78g for silver and below 0.5g for platinum are exempt." | LONDON ASSAY OFFICE.
STANLEY AND MAUD hallmark all designs which are not exempt, they proudly carry our Maker's Mark (SM)
hallmarking can be purchased additionally if not required but desired, please contact SM to enquire and arrange
SOCIAL MEDIA ★
Photographs are taken of some makes and designs during the making and finish process, if you wish not to have your design photographed an email must be sent at the time of ordering. Don't worry images with obvious personalisations aren't shared at the time of making as not to spoil any surprises.
