1st November - 15th November ARE SUBJECT TO OUR USUAL DISPATCH TIMESCALES

ORDERS PLACED ONWARDS FROM

16th November ARE SUBJECT TO LONGER DISPATCH TIMESCALES due to order volume.

 

CUT OFF DATES

5th DECEMBER- final orders for ALL SILVER CRAFTED designs

12th DECEMBER- final orders for ALL SIGNATURE designs

14th DECEMBER- final orders for ALL CURATED designs

19th DECEMBER ALL ORDERS WILL BE DISPATCHED + the STUDIO closes.

Cut off dates may be subject to change based on stock levels/order volume so SM advise ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

 

ORDER DISPATCH

ALL ORDERS will dispatched ON or BY the latest of the 19th of DECEMBER.

All orders will be sent via the service you selected at check out, SM advise using Special Delivery for the most secure + speedy service.

You will receive a 'dispatched' email with tracking details when your order has left the studio. 

Finally a gentle reminder that once your order has left the studio I can only see the same tracking details as you, I have no control over the delivery timescales or service provided by the Royal Mail*. It is an extremely busy and testing time of year for them so please show patience and kindness and any delays occurring hopefully won't be long ones.
